Lose weight in a healthy way



You don't have to starve yourself to lose weight! Check out for some tips on how to diet, control your metabolism, and lose the right amount of weight in a short period of time, the healthy way.

Set out small but good goals. Having huge targets will end up no where. So the best way is trying to reduce around 5 pounds a week.

Think practically. Think some practical ways to lose weight like,Leaving your car on the drive and walking to the shops. Using the stairs instead of the lift, or getting off the bus a stop before the usual one and walking the rest of the way. Never starve yourself. It shuts down your metabolism which is a major process to help you lose weight. It also makes you feel woozy, tired, and makes you hungrier and your weight-loss plan unsustainable.  

Avoid eating/drinking any caffeine past 4:30 in the afternoon. This will make it so by the time you go to bed you are tired enough to go to sleep. Importantly avoid eating anything 3 hours before sleeping. 

Sleep at least 7-8 hours a night. This will boost your metabolism. Wake up at a normal hour like 7:00, or 8:00 or 9:00, if you are pushing it. Go to bed before midnight: your body needs at least 8 hours of sleep to function the right way.

It might take a week or two before you notice any changes, but they will steadily appear. After the first month you'll be able to see the results and measure them in terms of looser fitting clothes.

Joomag is the wonder site! It's just pretty easy, it has an online editor with a user friendly surface, or else if you have already created your magazine just convert it to .pdf format and simply upload it.

Your magazine will be published in no time. I prefer it because the e-zine will be kind of a flip book & readers will obviously feel that they aren't reading it online but as a real magazine!
